About John Broman Grape City
John Broman, a human resources professional with Grape City, Inc., has contributed significantly to English language education at sister institution MeySen Academy. A classroom teacher at the school in the 1970s and again in the 1990s, he has also served as its vice president. In this role, John Broman worked to ensure that students received not only a thorough education in English but also an awareness of English-speaking cultures around the world.
As a representative of MeySen Academy, John Broman has facilitated cross-cultural exchanges since 1977. He has brought students to Australia and Europe as well as to the United States, where children experience both home stay with families and trips to Disneyland and other attractions. He also stands out as the founder of the MeySen High School English Program and has hired the school's English teachers for 35 years. Now a member of the school's board of regents, he draws on extensive experience traveling across Asia and on formal training in education and Asian languages.
